The Passive-Aggressive Power of 'K'

A solo 'K' is usually read as dismissive, emotionally cold, or intentionally conversation-ending.

After a long, heartfelt message explaining feelings, the response was a single letter: 'K'. Is this a declaration of war or just efficiency?

The single 'K' is a weapon of mass communication destruction. In 99% of cases, it's deliberately dismissive. The sender knows exactly what they're doing. If someone responds 'K' to your genuine message, they're either: (a) extremely busy, (b) extremely angry, or (c) extremely done with the conversation.

• The strongest pattern usually appears around who replied with just 'K'.
• Context still matters, especially around timing, tone, and previous agreements.
• The healthiest outcome usually comes from direct communication, not escalation.

**The Fix:** Call them out directly. 'Hey, when you respond with just K it feels dismissive. Can we talk?' If they respond 'K' to that... you have your answer.
